Nutrition Counseling and Coaching
Melua’s approach to nutrition is based on the clients bio-individual needs and goals, while grounded in an approachable framework.

We focus on teaching clients about nutrient density and how to intentionally eat for Microbes, Muscles and Metabolism. This focus supports whole body health without rigidity in counting calories or macros.

Sleep & Stress
As a companion to Nutrition Counseling and Coaching, evaluating sleep and stress patterns is essential to making sure your body is working for you. If you are not sleeping or at max stress levels, even with the best nutrition - your body does not have a chance to calibrate. Some of the most important hormones that regulate hunger and satiety, blood sugar balance and neurotransmitter functions are connected to sleep and stress.

We will work together to build habits that make restorative sleep and stress management something you look forward to.

The Process

This science driven and human centered process, allows us to evaluate the foundations of our work: nutrient dense diet, blood sugar stability, digestion sleep and stress.

We then move forward in a way that reflects each clients goals and unique bio-individual needs - and targets areas where their systems are asking for the most support.

  • After our discovery call to get a quick finger on the pulse of requested support - a full round of intake paperwork is completed.

  • We dive into a discovery session to get the full story—history, symptoms, and goals.

  • You recieve recommendations in nutrition and lifestyle, tailored just for you.

  • Depending on the custom package build for you on-going support is available. Whether it be weekly check-ins, recipe/meal planning support, or small adjustments to build on the habits you’re creating - we’re here as you grow.
